Located in Cabo da Praia, Casa do Avô José Alves with around two centuries of history, is a typical Azorean house on the island of Terceira with excellent panoramic views, set in a large and green space and consisting of two accommodation units.
We were rigorous in the restoration and in all the details, with the aim of creating a differentiated offer in quality and comfort,
without distorting the original design.

This property is 6 km from Lajes International Airport, 2 km from Riviera Beach and 4 km from the natural pools of Porto Martins. There are restaurants less than 4 km away.
A T3 with capacity for 6 people and a secondary accommodation unit, called “Palheiro das Alfaias”, with capacity for 2 people. The two accommodation units include continental breakfast, bed sheets, towels and hairdryers.
The reception of guests at Casa do Avô José Alves is located in a representative museum space
of a past that reflects the daily activity and way of life of those who lived there.
